Carolyn Dickson

In 1984, Carolyn Dickson founded VoicePRO by creating communication programs that combined the top training techniques of theater, music, dance, athletics, and the martial arts. Since then, clients have benefited from her unique methods and become, in the process, great speakers and influential leaders.
Carolyn grew VoicePRO into a Weatherhead 100 Company and she herself was named one of the top ten women entrepreneurs in Ohio by the National Association of Women Business Owners. Through the years, Carolyn has held several civic leadership roles in the Cleveland area including: The Great Lakes Theater Festival, The Greater Cleveland Growth Association, Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE) and The Cleveland Better Business Bureau to name a few.
Carolyn is the author of numerous articles on speaking and interpersonal communication as well as the author of two books: Speaking Magic: Performance Strategies for Winning Your Business Audience and Creating Balance: Moving Out of Conflict Into Compatibility.
Carolyn’s daughter, Leslie Dickson, now owns VoicePRO but Carolyn continues to contribute with her writing, occasional program facilitation and operational guidance.
