In addition to engagements with groups, Steve works extensively with executives and managers to improve leadership effectiveness through individual coaching. It is Steve’s ability to recognize and build on others’ fundamental strengths and his pragmatic approach that provides immediate results for his clients.

Steve has enjoyed a diverse and successful career. In his role as Vice President of Human Resources with a major specialty retail chain, Steve gained skills in business planning, HR planning and organizational development. He gained further experience in an executive role in the not-for-profit sector with responsibility for HR, accreditation, policy/practice &performance improvement.
His varied experience has been supplemented with training and education at the Center for Creative Leadership, Learning Designs International and the University of Michigan.
