Mary Beth Dickson
Mary Beth comes to VoicePRO with over thirty years of experience in the medical and surgical field. She has held key positions in managing patient admissions that included guiding patients and their families through complex medical processes in times of high stress and anxiety.
Mary Beth spent her last 10 years in the medical field at a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of a major New England hospital where one of her key responsibilities was serving as a bereavement counselor for patients’ families.
Having honed the skill of bringing order and reassurance to others over her years in these intense medical settings, Mary Beth brings a sense of calm to the VoicePRO environment. She helps program participant’s move out of their comfort zones with grace, in a safe and nurturing way.
In addition to her work with VoicePRO, Mary Beth still serves the medical profession as a dedicated Hospice volunteer. She is also a passionate volunteer at animal shelters wherever she has lived, and currently serves at the Cleveland Animal Protective League.
