VoicePRO’s live virtual Executive Presence: Speak! Present! Influence!^® is an interactive online course. Once registered, you will be contacted via email with information regarding program logins. Expect this email within three business days of registering.

Multiple Attendees – If you have more than one person from your organization registering for these program dates, please register each person separately or contact our office to register your group.

Payment – Reservations in the workshop are guaranteed only with payment in full.

Cancellations – Cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the enrolled session are refunded in full, less a $150 administrative fee. There is no refund for cancellations within 14 calendar days of the enrolled session.

Rescheduling – You may reschedule for a program up to 14 business days prior to the enrolled session, less a $150 administrative fee. If you reschedule within 14 calendar days of the enrolled session, there is an administrative fee equal to 25% of the program fee.

Substitutions – Substitutions may be made up to 2 calendar days before the start of the session. No substitutions are allowed after that point.

VoicePRO^® reserves the right to cancel or change dates to any program or workshop at any time. Prices are subject to change, although we will always honor any price you have already paid in full for one of our programs.
