Executive Presence™ is designed specifically for senior level executives and leaders who have high visibility with internal and external clients and customers. A two-day workshop, it is highly experiential in its approach, focusing on learning “from the inside out,” to achieve a true, lasting mind-body link between knowledge and action. The small class size allows for a feeling of private coaching within a group setting.
Through interactive activities and coaching, leaders learn to leave their mark on others in every interaction at every level—through their presence, their personal power, and their discourse. This, coupled with the impact of seeing themselves on digital recordings, enables them to achieve significant behavioral change in a short period of time. VoicePro® coaches stretch them by providing “out-of-the-box” exercises, coupled with specific, direct, yet supportive feedback and coaching.
Prior to the workshop, an online DISC Behavioral Assessment is completed, affording the participants greater awareness of their impact on individuals, on teams, and on the organization. Each individual receives a 20-minute, one-on-one coaching session with a VoicePro® personal development coach, along with follow-up monthly coaching to reinforce skills related to his or her executive presence.
Participants will learn to:
- Identify the qualities and behaviors that convey executive presence and, using this as criteria, assess their leadership team.
- Understand their own personal communication styles (as a result of the DISC Behavioral Assessment.)
- Identify the communication styles of others and adjust their own behavior to further the relationship.
- Convey confidence, power and credibility in any interaction.
- Structure a business communication, using the VoicePro® Persuasive Model™, that balances desired outcomes and audience needs, as well as logical thought and emotional appeal.
- Apply a VoicePro® model for “think-on-your-feet” communication when the need for spontaneity arises.
- Raise the bar of personal and leadership team awareness and effectiveness.
