DISC Behavioral Assessments

Overview | What DISC Measures? | Results and Benefits | Where and When Is The DISC Employed?

What DISC Measures?

The DISC Behavioral Assessment measures behavioral tendencies in four specific areas: how individuals (and team members) handle challenges and solve problems; how they influence and communicate with others; how they react to the pace of their environment, and how they respond to rules and constraints defined by others. It does not measure or define personality or intelligence.

Specifically, the DISC Assessment measures the following areas:

Dominance ("D" Factor) - How you handle problems and challenges

Influence ("I" Factor) - How you handle people and influence others

Steadiness ("S" Factor) - How you handle change and pace yourself

Compliance ("C" Factor) - How you handle rules and procedures
