Timeframe and Location
The duration of an executive coaching project will vary, as each approach is customized to the personal needs of the Executive. One project may take days, another weeks, and still another may involve multiple sessions that stretch over a period of months.
Executive Coaching may take place in different venues depending on the objective for the session and the needs of the executive. These locations may include the executive's own work environment, the VoicePro® offices, or other convenient sites. Yet again, some work may occur over the phone or even through e-mail.
