What Takes Place?
Executives are matched with a certified, personal VoicePro® coach who has in-depth knowledge and experience in VoicePro® principles, methods, and skill sets. Together, the Executive and the VoicePro® Coach will establish clarity and alignment around desired outcomes and timeframes. They will then develop an individualized plan that may include any or all of the following:
- A preliminary diagnosis of work and communication style showing the impact of that style on individuals, the team and the organization.
- The use of "shadowing" — whereby the coach will accompany the Executive in "real-time" situations to observe behaviors, body language, attitudes, interactions, professional image, communication, and other vital aspects of leadership.
- Tangible and observable methods for measuring results.
- Private coaching in needed areas, including, but not limited to:
- Goal setting and the monitoring of personal development goals
- The art of persuasion
- Motivating others in challenging times
- Speaking and presentation skills
- Building, fostering and repairing work relationships
- Coaching skills
- Effective listening
- Management of self and others during conflict
- Stress reduction
- Meeting management and facilitation
- Balancing a concern for people with the need to get results
- Presence and professional image
- Team development
- Change management
- Improving internal organizational operations
- Career transition
- Specialized activities based on need, including but not limited to:
- Attendance at VoicePro® workshops
- Counseling on work-related issues
