With some 30+ years in executive development, Luanne is more than at home in that environment. She loves it, thrives on it and puts herself into the flow of the moment with her expert eye on each persons needs. It is her strong belief to honor each person as an individual with very specific needs. She views each session as a "blank canvas" and carefully crafts an experience that is nothing short of exceptional for everyone. Her openness to the knowing "there is more than one way of doing something," allows for an approach to her work that is both exciting and fun.
Fitness is another place Luanne finds balance in her busy life. She says she loves the challenge of "getting it just right," when she reflects on the discipline of a good work-out. She brightly explains; "I rise to the occasion, embrace the challenge, and as a result I feel like I can do anything." It is through this passion for achieving and enthusiasm for finding just the right balance that Luanne helps so many others realize their own true potential.
Luanne has a solid foundation in executive development and training in the service and medical sector. Her past roles as designer, trainer, manager, director, and executive coach, have put her in touch with the varied needs of VoicePro® clients. Luanne holds a B.A. in Education and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst. This, coupled with her passion for learning, behavior change and results make her a key member of the VoicePro® team.
