Dr. Debra Griest is an Executive Coach and Consultant, focusing on team development, and change management. She has nearly 25 years of professional experience, and over ten years of consulting experience, working with various types of government and private sector organizations. She has coached over 150 mid and senior level professionals, seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities. To complement her extensive experience, Debra earned her doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University.
