Value is Leslie's motivation; providing value to our clients, observing the value of her staff, and embracing the powerful value of diversity within the variety of people she encounters. She has a deep fascination with people and the choices they make. She is a strong leader with deep compassion and has a finely tuned instinct to help others reach their highest potential. Her sensitivity to focus on the core, not the symptoms, and get to the heart of the matter, empowers others to find their authentic self. It is her dedication to appreciating others' potential and their differences that brings VoicePro® the high value we place on our clients.

Leslie's love for animals is an important part of her life that she values deeply. She considers her beloved dogs to be powerful teachers, grounding her in the authenticity she holds so dear. She experiences and learns from their natural ability to be just exactly who they are; open, loving, and non-judgmental. Reflecting on the many ways animals are "employed" in nursing facilities and in law enforcement, she warmly recognizes, "They are real. They touch us, opening our hearts, and as a result we experience joy and peace."

Leslie possesses expertise in a wide arena, from science and technology to the "people" side of business. A former biologist working in the fiercely competitive world of biotechnology and venture capitalism, Leslie has a firm grasp of the issues facing professionals in today's market-driven business environment and a genuine understanding of what it takes to be a leader. She has become a much-in-demand executive coach to professionals in all businesses and industries, from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial firms across North America. Leslie holds a B.A. from Cleveland State University. In 2002 she graduated from the Professional Fellows Program at the Weatherhead School of Management. She is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a Professional Values Analyst. She has a professional membership in the Entrepreneur's Organization (EO), an international group of business owners and she serves on the board of trustees for The Cleveland Better Business Bureau and The Cleveland Women's Community Foundation.
