Professional Development Coaches are actively involved in creative design, development and delivery of executive development programs, and coaching executives in the areas of:
- Management effectiveness
- Team building
- Presence
- Sales presentations
- Technical presentations
- Leadership through storytelling
- Creative conflict management
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years business experience in the areas of: instructional design, development, delivery and evaluation
- Demonstrated superior speaking and writing abilities
- Well-developed conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Audio-visual proficiency
- Willingness to frequently travel nationally and internationally
- Diverse business background
